This July, The Seas will share the stage with the regions most celebrated musical artists of all genres at the Master Musicians Festival in Somerset, Kentucky. MMF recently announced Counting Crows as the 2014 headliner. We are excited about the opportunity to perform at Master Musicians Festival and to be a part of their event.

The Seas won FIRST PLACE at the Clear Channel-Lake Cumberland Battle of the Bands this past weekend! In addition, the band was also winners of the Greg Denney Memorial MUSICIAN’S PICK AWARD and their very own Richard Sester took home the DRUMMER OF THE YEAR award! What a weekend!
Your support means to us. Thanks to everyone who came out to cheer us on, bought a shirt or CD, or just stopped by our booth to say hello. You are all amazing and we love you.
Finally, congrats to all the bands that participated in the battle of the bands and the other winners! It was a great Battle of the Bands and many thanks to Wynona Padget for all her hard work in making this event happen! We have lots of great things in the works… see you all soon!
Last Friday was an epic night of original music at Buster’s in Lexington, KY! The Seas first front-room show did not disappoint. We had a full house with a crowd that made us feel right at home. Thanks to everyone who made it out to catch our set or bought our CD!
This was not only our first front-room show at Buster’s, but our first actual show with our friends in Dear Abigayle. They played a great set and are a great group of guys. We look forward to playing with them again.
The Seas are no strangers to the tunes of Dream the Electric Sleep. We are all pretty big fans of their music and what they do. Not only did DTES sound incredible, but they hammered us with a ton of new material that blew everyone’s mind. We can’t wait to hear what’s coming next from those guys.
We’re working on putting a few more shows together in the coming weeks while sifting through a lot of new material we’ve been working on. Sit tight. More to come.
